Ikan kuah asam cabai hijau
Bahan :
4 ekor ikan kembung banjar bersihkan dan cuci lalu lumuri dengan garam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang sere digeprek
1 sdm cuka makan
Bumbu diiris :
25 buah cabai keriting hijau pilih yang masih muda dan segar, iris serong
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
Seruas lengkuas muda
2 buah tomat hijau
Air 350-400ml
Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
Cara :
Goreng ikan sampai matang dan sisihkan.
Tumis bawang putih dan merah sampai wangi, masukkan irisan cabai hijau, sere, lengkuas, daun jeruk dan salam tumis kembali sampai wangi.
Lalu tuang air beri cuka makan, garam, gula pasir dan kaldu bubuk biarkan mendidih.
Setelah mendidih masukkan ikan yang telah di goreng tadi.
Masak sampai meresap dan terakhir masukkan irisan tomat hijau. Semoga bermanfaat.
