How to make pork ribs with barbecue sauce:
1 - 2 Kg. Of pork ribs.
2.- 8 crushed garlic cloves.
3.-salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Barbecue sauce:
1.- ½ cup brown sugar.
2.- 1 cup ketchup ketchup.
3.- 2 tablespoons of honey.
4.- tablespoons of soy sauce.
5.- 6 crushed garlic cloves.
6.- 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper to taste.
Utensil: a kitchen brush:
We have to buy some rich and meaty pork ribs, then wash them and season them with salt, peppers and crushed garlic, let it season for an hour, then prepare the barbecue sauce, mixing all the ingredients.
Once all the above is done, add the sauce and let it macerate for twenty-four hours in a bowl where the ribs can be covered with the sauce, heat the grill or the iron and brown the ribs on both sides (take into account that we have to put it in about 15 minutes on each side). We constantly use rib sauce with the kitchen brush, accompany with baked potatoes with cream sauce and scallions, corn cob and cesar salad.
