400 grams of pork neck
2 tablespoons fat
600 grams of potatoes
1 carrot
3 onions
pepper fragrant

1. Cut the meat into cubes. In a thick-walled pan, melt the fat, put the meat and fry until golden brown. Cut the onions into cubes and put to the meat. Stir everything and fry for another 5 minutes.
2. Peel carrots and cut into slices, put to the meat with spices, pour half a glass of water and cover everything with a lid.
3. Peel potatoes and cut into large pieces, pour out to the meat when it is almost ready.
4. Salt and simmer until the potatoes are ready, if necessary, add some more water.
