Now this year, I've invented a new dish that I called "Gravy-Stuffed Mashed Potatoes". It's simple to do this but it takes a bit of time, because it has to be put in the refrigerator for more than an hour also the gravy to be used in my recipe.

That should not be the way it looks, the top should be pretty toasted. But since first time I cooked, that's okay! It's delicious! I cook, I eat, and they taste only. In the end, I finish all what I did... LOL

How to make Gravy for Mashed Potatoes

Actually I do not know how to make gravy? I just asked my wife how to do it. And it's just simple to do it and the ingredients are as follows:

• 1tbsp cornstarch
• 2tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• chicken cube
• pinch of black pepper
• cheese is an optional

Place the cornstarch into small pot with warm water and mix it well while in a medium heat of fire. Then pour the soysauce and chciken cube and let it be disolve while mixing followed by pinch of black pepper. When it's warm already, pour at the ice cube box then let it be freeze at the freezer around 45 minutes.

The Mashed Potatoe Ingredients

There is a lot of techniques on how to use potatoes and one of this is my recipe. Make sure all the ingredients needed is complete before you start or else it will happen to you what happened to me. Hahaha... (^_^)

When I start the Mashed Potatoe and combined all the ingredients, lastly is the egg. When I check the refrigerator? "Poof! It became coco crunch!!" There is no egg!!! hahaha... What I did was to cover it with a plastic wrap and keep it in a refrigerator and continue tomorrow.

Here is my ingredients and try to do it exactly what I did,

• 3 potato
• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 egg yolk
• 200 gram sour cream
• 1tbsp nut meg
• pinch of salt

Mash the potato in a bowl and pour the liquid butter followed by the sour cream and mix it well. Put the nut meg powder and pinch of salt and mix it well. The last is the egg yolk, blend it all together until it became yellow and feel the soft and smoothness.

If you don't have Icing bag to use to form a cookie, you can do manual by using spoon and fork same what I did. Once you make a form of cookies, put at the top of it the frosted grave that we made then cover around by the mashed potato. Put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and apply wash egg around of mashed potato.

Bake for 425 degree fahrenheit at 220 degree celsius in 30 to 45minutes. Refrigerate for five minutes before taking it. And done! (^_^)

I feel good with this wonderful job that I did... Successful! Except with my investment for long time! 😢 My son hit the monitor screen of my Desktop and it was broken!

The color rainbow vertical stripe and the white horizontal stripe is a sign of a broken monitor. When you turn it off, you will see the big crack on the screen. 😭😢😭

When I got home, I'm so relax. When my wife told me what had happened, "I kicked everything I could kick and punched the wall!" I was really upset about what happened to my monitor, which I had to spend the money just for the monitor that I dreamed. I did not have a cellphone that was properly used then I went home and found my desktop monitor broken!!!
