Hello friends of Steemit I hope you are well, in this opportunity I share this recipe for chocolate biscuit bank and coconut, this recipe I love because we can prepare it in the microwave, so there is no excuse if you do not have an oven you can prepare it, it is excellent for tomorrow, Sunday you will surely receive visits at home and you will be able to surprise them with this delicious sponge cake.

Ingredients:

  • 180 g of white chocolate
  • 100 g of butter
  • 20 g of grated coconut
  • 75 g of brown sugar
  • 50 g of flour with yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of rum

** For the cover: **

  • Red fruit jam
  • Grated coconut

Preparation:

In a bolw put the chopped chocolate together with the butter and melt it together in the microwave at medium power. You have to be very careful because white chocolate burns in the microwave very easily, do it at short time intervals 20 seconds and stir it between intervals. Leave to temper the chocolate mixture and add the eggs and the liquor, mixing with the rods, add the sugar and add the flour and coconut, mix well and pour it in the mold of your preference, bake in the microwave at 600w for 3.5 minutes . Wait, without taking the mold out of the microwave oven for 5 minutes and reprogramming at 600 w for another 3.5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, unmold the cake and cover it with a layer of jam, sprinkle it with grated coconut and ready to serve.
