Potato Rabdi

Ingredients
one fifty ml milk
two Tbsp sweet potato, boiled and mashed
half tsp sugar
half cup warm water
half tsp elaichi powder
small saffron strands
one tsp mixed nuts
Instructions:
Heaten up the milk very well and then put the mashed sweet potato into it. Bake well till the milk thickens.
Put the saffron strands to a cup of warm water and wait until they melt completely.
Put this to the milk mixture and blend well. Mix in elachi powder and cook for three to four minutes.
Lastly, put nuts on top and empty the entire rabdi in a pan and let it cool. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve cool.
