Do you know someone who's not eating sisig? Filipino loves sisig so much. So I will share you my simple homemade pork sisig recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork
1 medium onion (choppep)
2 large eggs
1 small can liverspread
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoonsoy sauce
How to cook:
1 Dice the pork parts and onions into small pieces
2 Pre-heat the pan.
3 Saute the onions.
4 Add the pork and saute for 4 minutes.
5 Add the liver spread. Stir well.
6 Put-in the soy sauce. Mix well.
7 Add the egg. Mix well.
8 Add the mayonnaise. mix well.
9 Add an egg again. Serve hot.
