This sounds stunning. I had a bag of fresh Brazil nuts the other day (they were so fresh they were difficult to shell because they needed to dry up a bit!) I wonder if this would work with Brazil nuts? I will feed back if another bag comes my way because this recipe makes my wouth water.

ooh wow.. interesting yes.. I might try them grated on the top of the cheese.. then you dont need so much also
