For a long time I did not share with you recipes. Catch a simple and quick recipe very juicy and easy in cooking turkey meat.
INGREDIENTS:
- turkey fillet
- salt
- kari
- pepper
- water
- thread
COOKING:
- Wash the turkey fillets and put them in water with salt. Leave for 8-12 hours.
- get a turkey, rinse and rub with a paper towel.
- Smear turkey with spices and tightly wrap the thread.
- bake in a preheated oven at 20 Β° C for about 20 minutes.
- leave to cool in the oven.
