Milk Cake Bomb
INGREDIENTS
fifteen cups mini chocolate chip cookies, divided
two cups heavy cream
sixteen ounces cream cheese, softened
half cup sugar
one cup chocolate chips, divided
Milk, for dimming
DIRECTIONS
In a large sized dish or pitcher, mix two cups heavy cream with three cups chocolate chip cookies. Staurate overnight, strain and reserve cream.
With a hand mixer, whip cookie cream till stiff peaks form.
In a large sized dish, mix cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Flip in whipped cookie cream and chocolate chips.
Line a ten-ounce glass mixing bowl with plastic wrap. Make a layer of cookie crust by dipping cookies in milk and then lining the bowl. Put a thin layer of cookie cream mixture. Put another layer of cookies..
To offer, invert the bowl over a cutting board, remove bowl and gently peel away plastic. Slice and serve.
