Jalapenos Wrapped in Bacon

Jalapenos make a great appetizer to eat with a meal or as a party food. Once you make it one time, you will want to make it over and over again. This recipe was highly requested, so I want to share with you one of my favorite appetizer recipes; )

Ingredients:

Jalapenos (preferably with a stem for easy hold)

Cream cheese

Flour

Oil

Eggs

Bacon (thin sliced)

Prepare:

Make sure the Jalapenos are washed before preparing.

Cut the Jalapenos down the middle

Spoon out the inside of the Jalapenos

(optional) wash out the inside of the jalapenos unless you want your jalapenos spicy

Stuff the Jalapenos with cream cheese

Wrap the Jalapenos with bacon

When wrapping the Jalapenos, start from the stem and roll down, then tuck the end

At this point you are about ready to start cooking your jalapenos. Get a large pan and put the desired amount of cooking oil then set the heat too high.

Roll the Jalapenos in egg

Roll the Jalapenos in flour

Place your jalapenos in the hot oil

Reduce the heat to Medium and flip the Jalapenos every 5 minutes for 30 minutes or until the Jalapenos are soft

Then you’re done, let stand out to cool and enjoy!!!
