Chyou's Vegetable Stock
Preperation Period: 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 20 minutes
Total Cooking Period: 30 minutes
Can make up to: 5 servings
INGREDIENTS
half cup roughly sliced cabbage
half cup roughly sliced carrot
quarter cup sliced celery
two tbsp sliced spring onions
three to four cauliflower florets
PROCESS
Blend all the vegetables in a deep non-stick pan with six cups of water, combine well and cook on a medium flame for fifteen to twenty minutes or until it reduces to about quarter of its quantity.
Drain it using a strainer. Keep the vegetable stock aside and discard the vegetables.
Use as needed.
