Chyou's Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients
two tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
three cups cooked chinese rice
three tbsp oil
two tsp finely chopped green chillies
half cup sliced spring onions whites
a quarter cup finely chopped spring onion greens
3/4 cup chopped and parboiled mixed vegetables
a half tsp soy sauce
half of tsp vinegar
salt to your liking
Process
Heat up the oil in a broad non-stick pan, mix the garlic and sauté on and heat up for two minutes or until the garlic turns brown in colour.
Mix the green chillies and spring onion whites and sauté and heat up for one minute.
Mix the spring onion greens and sauté and heat up for 30 seconds.
Add the mixed vegetables and sauté heat up for one minute.
Put the soya sauce, vinegar, rice and salt, mix well and cook on and heat up for two minutes, while properly.
Provide hot garnished with spring onion greens and fried garlic.
