That looks very interesting, as didn't know vegan cheese could melt like that. Might need to try making it.

do try! if you brown it enough in the oven then it get's that slightly crispy cheesy texture...it doesn't really melt like cheese though as its more of a spread.. no stringy cheese heaven with this one.. but the taste makes up for it... ;-)
