Noor jahani kofta is a vegetarian dish, it is made in Oudh. This is a very creamy dish in which lots of cashew paste is found. It is very easy to make it, let us tell you the method of making noor jahani kofta ... Ingredients for making Kofta: Potato- 2 boiled and worn, cheese-100 grams, green chilli-2, cornflour-2 teaspoons, salt - According to the taste, carrot - 2 boiled and mashed, raisins - 1/2 cups, oil. Ingredients to make Deep Fry Curry: Onion - 3 boiled, ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder - 1 spoon red, chili powder - 1 spoon, cashew paste - 1 cup, Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon, salt - According to taste, oil - 2 teaspoons, fresh cream - 1/2 cup, water - 1 cup.

Method of making Kofta: Mash the boiled potatoes and paneer together in a bowl to make Kofta. Mix green chillies, salt and cornstarch and make small balls. Boil the carrots and wipe it with cloth and then mash. Now take the paneer's ball in hand and make holes between it and fill the carrots and a little raisins in it. Seal the ball well and then heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the koftas in it. Once done, close the flame and keep the koftas out.

Curry Method: Prepare hard paste by grinding boiled onions in a mixer. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, fry the onion paste in it. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 4 minutes. After this add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, after some time add cashew paste and run for 3 minutes. Now add water to it and cook for 5 minutes. Then add salt and garam masala powder in it, then add frothy coffees in it and let the gravy thicken by slowing the flame. Before serving the gravy, garnish it with fresh cream.
