Artichoke Dip
Ready In: 35 minutes
Can make up to: 32 servings
INGREDIENTS:
one (seven ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
one cup mayonnaise
one and half cups grated Parmesan cheese
one (eight ounce) package cream cheese, softened
one (four ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 25 minutes
Prepared In: 35 minutes
Heaten up the oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium sized pan, blend the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, one cup Parmesan, cream cheese and green chile peppers. Scoop the mixture into a pie pan or medium baking pan. Top with the remaining half cup of Parmesan.
Bake for twenty-five minutes or till bubbly and slightly browned. Serve hot.
