Ingredients:
chicken breast fillet-600 grams;
vegetable oil-2 tablespoons;
lemon juice - 4 tablespoons;
broth / water — 70 ml;
honey - 1 tablespoon;
garlic-1 clove;
aromatic herbs (Italian/French) - 1 teaspoon;
salt and pepper to taste.
- Garlic press through the press.
- In a bowl, mix broth, honey, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper.
- Fry the breast in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Put the fillet in a baking dish, pour the sauce and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until ready, pouring the sauce from the bottom of the mold every 10 minutes.
- Served with a salad of fresh vegetables or rice.
