Happened so frequently over 3 to 4 years in the past, including almost an entire year of crying every damn night and then waking up crying. But now the same things just don't hurt anymore. They don't even matter or exist anymore, except that you came out stronger and now empathize even better. Just make sure you reach out and seek comfort when no one else reaches out to you, no matter how shameful it seems to feel the way you do.
