Wow this is such a busy place, loads of posts, the new page moved really quickly but checking out the numbers that's reading there are hardly any, what't the point of writing if no one is reading.
Were all going to get nowhere if everyone stops reading, Reading is good, finding out about each others lives makes the world a smaller place. Lets find out more abut each other, lets get to know each other better.

Sometimes it really does feel like there is a lot of blind voting without any reading and commenting. I'm guilty of skimming posts at times, I admit it. Then again, I do most of my steemit browsing while I'm at work so I tend not to devote as much time to each post as I should. I should work on that.
I try and read so many before I post then read a few more after, It doesn't always work. Think we all have to remember there's more to writing in here the site wouldn't exist if no one read.
Steemit now just is growing up, and one day we will see more good place, i hope.
Now is the time to teach newcomers they have to read to progress

! And yes, we need to get on the ball and read...it helps everyone live longer too....oddly enough. I am so new to this, so I am just beginning and have no idea how to give you $, if I am supposed to....sorry. Where do I find the $? How does one pay one? The best to you!! How do I vote for one? Do we pay people? How? lol .....gotta get reading!! :)

I keep writing with the expectation that no one is reading. Not that I'm trying to become a self-fulfilling prophesy, but I write because I love it. If I worry about the rest, I may end up hating what I do...and that would be bad. Keep swimming, @karenb54 You got this!
I'm trying hun but is getting very disheartening. Is not about the money is about writing and not being read when there's so many people posting, seems to many writers to readers
Yes, it's the same for me. Very few visits. I thought that it mattered when I posted, and I tried different posting times, but it did not seem to have any effect. But I keep writing hoping someone some day will read.
I am sure they will, they read mine now after working hard they will definitely read yours :)
