Zugegeben, ich bin kein Freund von aufwendigen Rezepten. Aber diese Snickers mussten es einfach sein. Durch die Handarbeit sehen sie natürlich nicht so ebenmässig aus, aber der Geschmack ist der Wahnsinn.
Beginnt am besten mit der Schokolade, die Ihr ganz zum Schluss benötigt. Das ist ein Basis Schokoladenrezept, dass Ihr auch separat machen könnt. Einfach mit Nüssen, Goji Beeren oder/und Kokosraspeln verfeinern.
120 g Kakaobutter
120 g Mandelmus
6 EL Yaconsirup oder Agavendicksaft
6 EL Kakaopulver raw
Alles zusammen erhitzt Ihr im Wasserbad.
Danach beginnt Ihr mit der Nougatmasse:
150 g Haselnüsse fein gemahlen
6 EL Yaconsirup oder Agavendicksaft
3 EL Haselnussmus
3 TL Carobpulver
Alles vermengen, entweder mit der Hand Riegel formen oder vorgefertigte Formen aus Silikon nehmen.
Diese Riegel stellt Ihr in den Gefrierschrank. Solange bis Ihr alles andere fertig habt.
Jetzt beginnt Ihr mit dem Karamell. Alle Zutaten miteinander vermengen.
3 EL Mandelmus
3 EL Dattelpüree (Datteln kurz einweichen, danach pürieren: sind ca. 7 grosse)
3 TL Yaconsirup
Die Karamellmasse gebt Ihr auf die leicht festen Nougatriegel aus dem Gefrierschrank.
Wenn die Zutaten der Schokolade geschmolzen sind, könnt Ihr löffelweise (so habe ich es gemacht) die Snickers bestreichen oder ihr taucht sie komplett ein.
Übrigens: Wenn Ihr nur die Schokoladenmasse und die Karamellmasse miteinander vermengt, Haselnüsse dazugebt, habt Ihr eine tolle Haselnuss Schokolade.

RAW SNICKERS!!!! Ach Du meine gute, zum glueck kann ich noch etwas auch wenns nur wenig ist, Deutsch verstehen! Ich habe es noch nie verstanden wieso es keinen Mars or Snickers gibt. Es gab mal einen Mars denk ich aber die war nicht so der hit. Aber diesen beauties hier, die sind aber gleich was anders und ich kanns fast schmecken!! Sehr fein sag ich nur und danke fuers posten.
