Once again, the night depression has set in. It's an almost every night thing now. Throughout the day I have several existential crisis with intrusive thoughts. U_U I ate too much yesterday, and I'm mad at myself as usual. I know I can do better! I just gotta stop eating my emotions.

Nights are lonely indeed. Sucks to feel alone and trapped at the same time. I know too much, I almost miss my past ignorance because it was easier to enjoy things back then
