We all got a clean slate. I hear the Patriots are breaking up. It's starting to sound like a band break up, like the Eagles or Smashing Pumpkins. Everyone is fighting over who deserves credit. The real reason is probably because Bellichick fired Brady's favorite trainer. I still like the Eagles to win it all. Foles has played at MVP levels in spurts and he's still a young man. Happy New Year everyone!
I love Foles. Foles won a championship for me in fantasy (well sort of.. it was complicated) in his great season back then and made me look like a wizard. I bought a Nexus tablet with the winnings and did good things with the tablet, so it compounded into a lot of success.
And ya, he seems to have some sort of ability to dial in, you know his ceiling is reasonably decent. I'll probably bet them in their first game at least.
Garappolo doing so good in SF makes Brady look good. Because before that, when Brady was suspended, it was like "look, the Patriots can be effective with anyone", but actually it turns out Garappolo may be really good in his own right.
Yeah, 5-0 at QB with the 49ers--in a new offense--joining them midseason-- is pretty damn impressive.
