The A in APR stands for annual, meaning yearly.

It varies, depends on how many and how much zing + hive are in the pool since the daily rewards are a fixed amount of Zing. Currently and for the longest time it's been hovering around 30%.
So you could take 28% and divide it by the amount of days in a year to get your answer :)
