I just stumbled upon this post and as I was reading it I thought man this sounds like star ranch. Lol. I'm from San Antonio and I've been to star ranch several times throughout my 20s and 30s. It's still family friendly. I do know of the one outside of SA that is now "adults only" but I've never been.
