Between this one and the orange one I see this one as a far and away the better of the two. The other design isn't bad but it is a bit "everyday". If you were a big corporation and needed a "safe" logo maybe it would be the best choice. But if you have the freedom to really express yourself this logo stands out. It provides rich insights and provokes speculation that causes it be be memorable, perhaps even enough for people to talk about it in conversation and organically bring more attention to what it represents.

That and if the logo ever gets put on t-shits or hats, well, they are going to be some bad-ass additions to my wardrobe. ((for realz, ping me if that happens))
