Yes I saw that ..... and rather than waste my time trying to argue with this person, I simply answered their question. Ironic that they quote Two sources which suggest that racism is very much alive; that the "war on drugs' was created to target black people; and with so much evidence that it's very much alive, I decided a simple "Absolutely, it is steeped into the DNA of the nation" would be just fine. you really broke it down below though!! :)
