Balancing Steemit with a Full-Time Job: How? Why?
Those who have been part of steemit for a few months now, certainly knows that posting and keeping up with your account and followers can be a bit tiring sometimes.
In his latest post he shares with us his personal experience of having to work the daily grind, while trying to be a active steemian who consistently posts great content.

New leases and a slightly lower upvote weight
With so many new members joining we have finally fallen below 80% voting power. No worries though, the voting weights have been adjusted and we should see a slow recharge back into the 80% range.
Upvote value will be slightly lower, but rest assured as soon as the leases fill we will be back to larger upvotes!
The Cover competition got some cool entries but we will extend it by one week (2 days left)to get some more entries.
The 1st Place prize has also been raised to 15 SBD

You may have noticed that your upvotes from @qurator packed a little bigger punch! @gingerninja and @scrooger are now trailing the @qurator account and will be sending you some extra upvotes from our side as well. It's not much but every upvote counts!
You can also follow the trail and send upvotes to fellow Qurator members when @qurator upvotes them. To set up a Streemian account only takes a few minutes and is a great way to earn some extra curation.
We suggest NOT following the trail at 100% since we do not want to drain too much of your precious voting power. Play around with your percentage and if you see your voting power being drained too much you can simply lower your % in Streemian. If you have a lot of voting power to spare you can consider a larger %.
