My lady boss love this recipe so much. She loves it for her children. She is the one who make this LECHE FLAN

So yummy! One bite is enough to satisfy your sweets craving. Do not eat too much.

HOW TO MAKE IT?

INGREDIENTS :

• 1 BIG GLASS OF MILK POWDER
• 5 EGGS
• 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA
• 1/2 GLASS OF SUGAR
• 2 GLASS OF WATER

BLEND IT FOR 3O MINUTES

WE NEED CARAMELIZED SUGAR IN A PAN

ADD ON THE BLENDED MIXTURE

Put plenty of water in a big pan, we need to put the small pan with the mixture inside the big pan. Do not cover. Then bake it in the oven for a long one hour or until the color become brown.

This is how it look after baking. Chill it for 3 hours or as you desire. You have to flip it back to a serving round plate and done! The caramel will be visible after flipping it.

So funny, when I woke up they already eaten part of the Leche flan and I never able to capture the whole part on it.
