Good to hear from you powerful QURATOR, I am a minnows and new learner on this platform which my upvoting power is low but with i know i can be extended and powered up... Going through your post (There are no many places in the world that define bad governance than my Country... The internet for me and others is a getaway from bad governance, hardships, poor education and so on) Qurator i may say bad government embed in my country where we are govern with bad leaders who embezzle money to sustain there life and family and the poor are suffering, i can tell you my country is blessed with many mineral resources but we are lead by bad people from the upper to the lower government i can say they are all thief. Thanks to steemit for the great opportunity, with steemit someone can survive..

@franklinolas maybe you can try steemauto (an automatic voting service), so you can allocate a certain % (not too low) and follow Qurator's post in order to keep your quota up and you do not need to rush in to upvote its newsletters; and when you write a good post, it can detect you.
