It's a good question. I won't single anyone out, but there are probably quite a few in the list that are taking more than they are giving (IMO).
It is very hard to judge though, because a lot of people in the community are rewarded via their posts because of value that they are adding "behind the scenes". It can be hard to tell what value someone is adding to the platform, simply based on the content in their blog posts.
Four people that are in that list that (IMO) stand out as actually adding a lot of value to the platform are: @dantheman (created Steemit), @xeroc (creates a ton of kick-ass tools for the community to use), @roelandp (Steemfest), and @pfunk (very involved in the community and does a lot for others). There are quite a few more in the list that I know do a lot too.. I will be intersted to hear if anyone else has others to highlight.
