How has nicotine addiction played through your life and how are you know?

I rotate my sources

I smoke occasionally. Then do snus for a couple of weeks. Then vape. Something breaks or somethings out then I change it. If you would need to rate your nictine addiction 1-10 what grade would you give for yourself?
