yes. you are able to super impose complex similes, and compositions in your sleep. its kind of like when you day dream about a place you haven't been. but it is easier in your sleep because your subconscious isn't as hindered by logic while you're sleeping
When I was young I had a recurring dream where I think I met a person I'd never met in real life. But as far as I can recall, other than that dream I've never met anyone completely new in a dream.
