I read about this. I don't know what to think because I am an absolute beginner in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. I am a 5 day old steemian.
I believe in online/IRL social networks. Community, togetherness, interdependence, collaboration. I use Instagram as a queer artist, and I recently got back on Facebook.
The truth is that all the content published on these networks is being used against us. A lot of my peers are struggling with money and work hard to survive.
I don't have a solution, but I want to think about an alternative. Cryptocurrency is crashing, ok. It's tough to get involved (without resources) and understand the risks. But I believe that the blockchain social network can be a decentralized alternative.
I don't understand anything about it, and I don't care.
I jump into it (like any other knowledge or experience).
In my opinion this world lacks queer, trans, women* people.
I want to learn and grow together.
I want to join or build a queer, trans, women* (& friends) art community focused on blockchain technology.
I need you: Tell me if you know a group in Berlin, or if you are interested in embarking on this exciting journey with me.
