QuarkChain  is a blockchain project aimed at increasing the speed of transactions by using fragmentation. This project aims to increase the transaction speed to one million transactions per second (TPS) for comparison, the bitcoin transaction speed is 4 tps, the etherium is 10 tps. These are not empty words at the moment in the alpha version of this product, the transaction speed is 2000tps, which is already higher than the bitcoin and etherium speeds.

This speed will be achieved thanks to technology such as fragmentation. It consists of two stages:

1. Fragmentation level - this layer serves to implement high throughput due to efficient data distribution;
2. Root layer - the function of this layer is to confirm all blocks of the first layer, but do not process the transactions themselves.

By implementing this technology, this block project can guarantee the security and scalability of the network, which at the moment has not been demonstrated yet. In order to simplify the work with a "cross-ball" platform, a smart wallet is created. This allows you to store the private key of users from different shards, that is, any transaction executed on the secondary account automatically returns the entire balance back to the main account. This decision will eliminate the confusion of not a few shards.

QuarkChain offers a highly scalable block, which claims to be capable of handling 1 million transactions per second per second.

QuarkChain provides better scalability using a two-layer structure. The first layer offers an elastic splinter that is a type of database partitioning that separates very large databases from small, fast and easily managed components called data striping. Data fragments are a key part of the QuarkChain project.

Meanwhile, the second layer is called the root block chain. This is the component that confirms the transactions (blocks) pressed by the first layer. The second layer of QuarkChain can be "revised" as needed without changing the root layer.

Another unique feature of QuarkChain is the ability to offer guaranteed security through collaborative development based on the market. In fact, this means that 50% of the hash power of the network is dedicated to the root block chain, to specifically prevent double-cost attacks. In addition, several cheaper nodes with a low resource can create a cluster to create a super node.

QuarkChain will also offer efficient transverse shrapnel transactions in two versions, including transactions in splinters and cross-splinters. The operations in bypass mode occur when the input and output addresses of the transaction are in the same order, while cross-talk transactions occur when the input and output addresses are in different fragments. Cross-transactions can be issued at any time and confirmed within a few minutes. As the number of fragments increases, the speed of cross measures will also increase.

Finally, users will interact with the block chain of QuarkChain through a simple account panel. This panel will allow you to view all the crypto conversions from different blocks - ie, different fragments from one wallet screen. In addition, you can manage all addresses using one private key.

QuarkChain will also support smart contracts. In fact, the block chain specifically supports intelligent contracts running in the virtual machine Ethereum (EVM), which means that developers can directly deploy their smart contracts to QuarkChain.
