Their focus on mobile functionality of their Blockchain and contracts is something that many “build your own smart contract” coins out there like Lisk or Waves. Another interesting aspect of Qtum is it’s Blockchain. It uses a modified Bitcore Blockchain combined with an Ethereum Virtual Machine. This gives it the stability and security of Bitcoin, with the smart contract capability of Ethereum.

Qtum Price Prediction

Qtum is currently $30.53 with a $2.253 billion dollar market cap. It has been over $100, and I highly expect to see it back and much higher in the future. I am not sure on the timing, but I am certain that Qtum will reach a $25 billion dollar market cap at some point in the future. Cryptocurrency is segway that our economy and world needed to progress to the future. Blockchain technology will take over the economy like the internet did, and Qtum will be an integral piece into the building and transisition into the Blockchain based world. At that point Qtum would be worth about $340-$350. I think that Qtum has even more potential that $25 billion as a total market cap when you start thinking in terms of holding a crypto for 8-10 years. 4 to 10 times this number wouldn’t be too surprising to me, and I will be holding some of this coin for the long term to look for a big growth. The entire crypto market needs to bounce back ASAP, and when it does I will expect to see Qtum reach back over $100.
