It's fake Latin, used to make copy on website pages for mock ups. Just occurred to me when I was reading your post, it could be 500 words of Actifit rubbish. Be interesting to see if there is an intelligent reader.

Although nothing will beat the phrase, "you may be a leeching arsehole" makes me laugh every time I read it.
