It is true.
For example:
Sam bids 1 SBD,
Bob bids 4 SBD.
Totals bids are 5 SBD.
@pushup value depends on amount of total bids collected in a round. Sam gets 20% @pushup, Bob gets 80% @pushup.
so if i sent 1 and 100 user sent 10 , i may get nothing?
