siapa yang masih semangat puasa ??
semoga masih pada semangat yaaa ...
nih aku bagi tips agar puasa tetap sehat .
#perbaiki pola makan
perbaiki menu makanan sahur dan berbuka agar kesehatan Anda senantiasa terjaga di bulan Ramadan ini, bahkan setelah bulan puasa,. Caranya :

  • Perbanyak Makanan Berserat dan Air Putih
  • Selingi dengan Olahraga Ringan
  • Selalu Sempatkan untuk Tidur Siang
  • Tidak Berlebihan saat Berbuka
  • Memakan Makanan Berat setelah Salat Tarawih
  • Tidur yang Cukup
  • Mengkonsumsi Multivitamin

itulah beberapa tips agar sehat saat puasa , semoga sahabat semua tetap semangat puasa yaa..

Puasa itu menyehatkan jiwa dan membersihkan hati :)
