Os Estádios deveriam servir como coletores de água da chuva

Estive pensando sobre como melhor podemos aproveitar e armazenar a água das chuvas. Porque todos nós sabemos que a água doce é um recurso de primeira necessidade, mas limitado e cada vez mais escasso.

Então imaginem vocês se essas estruturas humanas enormes que são os Estádios de futebol fossem concebidas e projetadas para coletar e acumular toda a água da chuva que caísse em seu interior? Seria muita água, e nada desprezível.

Resolvi fazer umas contas aproximadas para ter uma ideia de quantidade de água que poderia ser coletada por essas estruturas em um ano. Para isso vamos considerar o Maracanã na cidade do Rio de Janeiro;

Área do campo: 190 mil m2

Área das arquibancadas: 150 mil m2

Isso daria um total de 340 mil m2

Chove no Rio anualmente cerca de 1300 mm, ou 1,3 m

Logo, o volume de água coletada em um ano seria 340000 * 1,3 = 442000 m3

O consumo per capita de água no Rio é de cerca de 240 litros por habitante diariamente. Um litro vale 0,001 m3. Logo diariamente cada habitante consome 0,24 m3, e anualmente 87,6 m3.

Ou seja, a água coletada pelo Maracanã daria para fornecer água durante o ano todo para 5000 moradores. Nada mal! E isso se considerarmos apenas o Maracanã, mas é óbvio que poderia ser feito em todos os Estádios da cidade.

Interessante está reflexão, só não consegui conceber , como se daria essa dupla função , estádio e coletor de água , ou seria apenas grandes reservatórios ???? Em todo caso teríamos uma função mais interessante do que atual e com menor custo . Rsrs

É simples, é só projetar o Estádio pra escoar toda a água que cair em seu interior para um reservatório.
