Actually i did give a lot of thought to this after my last comment, and I don’t think it was my Power that lead to the influence, or not totally, of course being moved into a position where you manage teams is giving you a little power, but I think the respect and dedicationI got from my teams for the most part, came from my style of leadership which is really more about getting to know the team the different ways they like to be lead and supported,of course there are always some they you have to go with a more dictatorial style or management with, but they were few and far between
