Hi, workers!
Today I want to share some thoughts that pertain the world of work and the people who live within it.
As we know, every one of us has a different perspective regarding the importance of work in his life, but in any case, working is part of everyone's routine and has a certain impact on our psychology.
I've been working since I was fifteen because of economic issues and I've met a lot of bad, bad employers, who have broken my self-esteem in the long term for just a better return in their cash desks.
When an employer proposes you to work without declaring your working and for a measly fee, this is what he is telling to YOU as a person (even if you cannot be aware of this in the present moment):
For now, YOU are not worthy of future benefits: the undeclared income has a direct impact on your future as a happy pensioner who has worked all his life, reporting something useful in the world system; why you are not worthy of this? Your subconscious will ask you about this matter one day.
For now, YOU are completely replaceable, no matter what is the quality of your work: the employer at that moment is thinking only of saving money, so if you are not willing to work on his terms it can be another one, no matter who, who can do it instead of you. Is your ability or your commitment as insignificant as the employer think? Are you specialized in something? What are your real skills? In layman's terms.. are you an important piece of this "puzzle," or you are a spare piece?
YOU, as you are now, are not enough to have this work officially recognized: you can do better, you can learn better what to do, you can achieve experience in doing what you are doing, but you will remain a ghost; that's because the employer is not interested in your growth, but your soul is! And in a long term, your soul will ask you "are you so bad to not even can grow? What other employers will think about your unskilled curriculum vitae? Who will you be to this society after quitting this job? A lazy loser?"
YOU can be treated like a slave or prince, but this is the decision of other persons because you don't have the protection of the law (and even the law is against you): in layman's terms you are a slave who can be treated as a privileged concubine or like an unfortunate gladiator. But you aren't in control of your destiny anymore, and no one can help you walking throughout this path. In the long term, you will consider your sense of control or your capacity of being independent as a worker, and both of them will be discovered as lacking.
YOU don't exist. And that's it.
Be careful of what your employer want you to be, because working is a part of our living and thinking!
Have a wonderful career in every field you are good at!!
Sorry for my broken English, lol.
