So i am not professional but I can at least try to share my advice.
In my opinion low self esteem doesn't come from you being weak but from focusing on your weaknesses.
We are all unperfect and we all have our weakspots, but still we aren't all low in self-esteem.
- Accept the fact that nobody is perfect and if you can't be perfect it's not the end of the world.
- If possible, try to overcome your weaknesses, fight it, do what you can about it and don't be afraid of not succeeding or not achieving perfection (because you may not).
- Very important: Build your personality around your strengths.
Find something that you are good at, if you think there is nothing like that just try different hobbies and activities such as arts, sports, maybe different areas of science idfk wtv... (or literally start tryharding gym - this one is very helpful actually 💀, especially if you're a dude) - If it is any possible, try to reach out to professional therapists.
