Convenience made it easy for us to accidentally damage our dopamine receptors through overstimulation.

Now, with our collective mind broken down by instant gratification, we’re facing a society plagued by laziness, anxiety, and depression.

No longer happy with our natural brain chemistry and a clear blue sky, we’be sprayed our minds with the artificial joy of addictive consumption. From sugars, fats, terpenes, and news feeds- all the way to the tantalizing and humorous things we see, we’ve become a slave to convenient dopamine.

Connecting the dots between neurology and psychology, I’m beginning to see that in order to heal our minds, and obtain abiding joy and prosperity, we must first seek growth, contribution, and the fruits of a difficult deed.

Delayed gratification leads to growth, and it’s results multiply exponentially. Contribution leads to connection and knowing that you are a significant being, and gardening your mind through doing emotionally laborious things, produces the sweet harvest of achievement, improvement, and a life that is ultimately fulfilling.

We must heal our minds to heal the world.

Enjoy the simple things, share a smile, and loose yourself in service to the Earth, and humanity.

Peace, love, and sovereignty.

That's very true. Seeking immediate gratification and looking for convenience has made us lazy, depressed and anxious. True happiness and a sense of achievement can only be obtained with hard work.

And Sovereignty 👑❗️❕❗️❕
