Came across this post late, nevertheless a great piece! Personally, i'd choose EQ. Of course EQ isn’t quantifiable, but I feel in business the more you can work with your EQ whether it's building a relationship with a client and so on, the better that relationship will be. IQ can get you far, but I feel EQ will get you what you want.
