Boredom is often seen as a negative feeling, associated with long lines at the post office or at boring conferences.
But boredom is not at all negatives, getting bored means experiencing a moment of stalemate.
Nowadays it is very difficult to get bored, at the first sign of boredom we take out our smatphone and start a game or browse the facebook home page.
We are hyperactive, hyper-connected and real boredom we do not know how to manage it.
When is it really really we stop bored? Are we not bombarded with a thousand stimuli at any moment of the day?
We reflect on the benefits of boredom, at the beginning for us that we are not used boredom is a heavy feeling, it creates a pinch of anxiety.
And now what do I do?
Here is the point of the situation.
In this trivial question, what do I do?
This is the way of thinking.
A small seed of creativity is born from boredom.
A seed born of emptiness, because we experience a moment of emptiness in boredom.
And the emptiness scares us for this we always try to fill it with some activity.
In the emptiness certain uncomfortable questions resound and often even truthful answers hover in it but do we really want to listen to them?
Do we really want to listen to the boredom that leaves us alone in the company of ourselves and our thoughts?
Being in the company of boredom means getting involved in YOU!
Boredom, moreover, even if it does not seem at first glance, is a productive feeling.
We stand still, but not our head processing, planning and seeking solutions.
Look for a way to combat the mental state of boredom.
Without stimuli like TV or internet how do we fight boredom?
Let's create!
Maybe we put our hands on the guitar, clean the house, read a book, paint, pull back out of interest and dormant potentials and thanks to the boredom we develop them!
So welcome boredom that brings out the best in us!

I think boredom is also very powerful creatively: just sitting by yourself and giving your mind an opportunity to wander where it will.
Reminds me of Raymond Chandler's productivity tip: during his 4 hours of writing time, he allowed himself to either write or do nothing. So he was either working, or he got bored and started working.
I agree too, i see that when i am bored i create more and i want to do more creative stuff. In my opinion boredm is really useful <3
This is the attitude! :)
