HAhaha, this place cracked me up the most. You are one sweet father though, and I totally agree on the path of desire, we are allowed to, as humans, as long as we don't let it consume us. Humans without desire, will to create, want for growth, will be pretty redundant.
As you said 'wants' actually charge us up, in curiosity, which helps us know more....it also charges us to connect with others who are likely to want what we want too or who already have what we want.
