Depression, fears, psychosomatic disorders are often found in people who are too keen on positive thinking, psychological literature, or some training in personal development. Such people are strongly convinced that one can only "turn mountains" by thinking alone, and when in practice this does not work, then disappointment, internal burnout, frustration, depression and destructive mood come. Short-term emotional recovery instead of concrete steps, that's what positive psychology gives. Words without action mean nothing, nothing at all!
Often you can meet arrogant people who constantly talk about health and the right way of life, although they themselves are sick, but also overweight. And there are those who are rich enough, healthy and completely happy with their lives, but they do not tell anyone anything. They live well and so well, and to teach the lives of someone unfamiliar, probably, there is no time.
