Yes, we created this Universe of Separation because we wanted something entire!y new, and we equipped ourselves with our ego, the only purpose of which is to create and reinforce our duality. Every thought itself is creating Duality. Yet when we practise mental Silence, which bring our Awareness back to Oneness and Peace, we can gradually reconnect and align our thoughts with our Heart.
Whenever we fear "death" it is only our ego's fear to lose itself...
