Anything is possible! It might become a thing here on steemit. Just charge people...ha ha ha
Or better yet, if could create some sort of smart-contract app requiring to pay upfront for use... 🤔
(Although there might be a headaches discerning boundaries of “ownership” on generic tags... probably all too much trouble, all-in-all.)
