I think they are not so much equal. Physical pain may cause you not шд function for a while, and the emotional can crush you for life :D The emotional pain is more painless for me, because it affects your ego, your self-esteem, your whole character. Physical pain is like a storm that goes away, and, if it's not really serious, it does't leave a traumatic scar in your mind.

Maybe it depends who experience such pain because for me emotional pain is destructive.

Yes in must of the cases it is destructive, but sometimes, as Nietzsche says "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" :)

But to some and to some extent, it killed them. I hope for a better mental health for everyone. ♡

Of course, but if one doesn't have that lucky, at least it is good to think about the pain as creative power, so he has the hope to fight with it.

Indeed, processing and assessment is important for a person. One must also appky mindfulness and other strategies to improve and be able to cope up with anxiety.

Sometimes emotional pains tie to physical pain or reactions, I know part of when I have anxiety or panic attacks is feeling nausea.
